With a rich and diverse career spanning leadership roles across multiple industries, Ashish brings a strategic perspective shaped by his experience as a Chief Executive Officer at Sintex BAPL Limited, where he drove large-scale business transformation and organizational development initiatives.

An alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, Ashish combines strong academic grounding with deep industry expertise. Before joining Pidilite, he led Sintex BAPL Limited for over two years, steering the company through a growth phase characterized by operational restructuring and cultural renewal. His leadership focused on strengthening organizational agility, nurturing performance-driven teams, and driving excellence across business functions.

Earlier, he served as Senior Vice President at Ashirvad Pipes (Aliaxis Group) and Chief Marketing Officer & Head of New Products and Services at ACC Limited, where he successfully built market-leading strategies and innovation frameworks. His prior tenure at Pidilite Industries as Chief Operating Officer – Construction Chemicals saw him play an instrumental role in expanding the company’s footprint and driving strategic growth in the building materials segment.

Over the years, Ashish has held senior positions across leading organizations such as The Coca-Cola Company, Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail, and Asian Paints, where he gained extensive experience in sales, marketing, operations, and strategy. His multidimensional experience across consumer, construction, and manufacturing sectors uniquely positions him to lead Pidilite’s HR transformation journey, aligning people strategy with the company’s innovation-driven growth agenda.
