New York, United States, December 2025 — Ashish Varshneya has joined Evercore as Senior Managing Director in the firm’s Healthcare Investment Banking group. In this role, he will help expand Evercore’s impact in Healthcare Technology, strengthening the firm’s advisory capabilities for clients navigating rapid innovation, digital health transformation, and strategic growth opportunities.
Prior to joining Evercore, Ashish Varshneya spent a little over six years with TripleTree as Managing Director, Healthcare Investment Banking in New York. In this capacity, he advised healthcare and healthcare technology businesses across strategic and financial matters, bringing deep sector-specialised investment banking experience to high-growth and complex deal environments.
Before TripleTree, he was with Citi for close to four years as Director, Healthcare Investment Banking, based in the Greater New York City Area. This phase of his career further reinforced his expertise in healthcare-focused M&A and strategic advisory within a global financial services ecosystem.
Earlier, Ashish Varshneya also served with TripleTree in Healthcare Investment Banking for nearly four years, helping build a strong foundation in sector-led advisory and deal execution within healthcare services and technology.
Across the earlier part of his career, he gained broad-based experience through roles in Investment Banking at ThinkEquity LLC, Corporate Development at TriZetto Healthcare Products, Mergers and Acquisitions at Sutherland Global Services, and early technology and consulting responsibilities at Computer Sciences Corporation, building a unique blend of financial, strategic, and operational insight.
Ashish Varshneya holds an MBA from the University of Rochester – Simon Business School, with a focus on Finance, Corporate Accounting and Organizational Strategy.
