Waltham, Massachusetts, United States, February 2025 – Ashley Clark has been promoted to Director, Human Resources at Dyne Therapeutics, where she will lead HR initiatives to support the company’s mission of developing life-transforming therapeutics for neuromuscular diseases. With a strong background in human resources management, talent acquisition, and organizational development, Ashley will play a key role in fostering a high-performance culture and enhancing workforce strategies.
Ashley has been with Dyne Therapeutics for nearly three years, progressing through leadership roles within the HR function. Most recently, she served as Associate Director, Human Resources, where she contributed to HR operations, talent strategies, and employee engagement. Prior to that, she was Senior Manager, Human Resources, driving recruitment, benefits administration, and workforce planning.
Before joining Dyne, Ashley held various HR positions at Genocea, where she spent over four years in roles such as HR Business Partner, Talent Acquisition Partner, and HR Representative. During her tenure, she played an integral role in building recruitment strategies and HR operations for the organization.
Earlier in her career, Ashley gained experience in administrative and office management roles at Colwen Hotels and Seascape Resort & Conference Center, where she honed her skills in organizational coordination and customer service. Her diverse background has equipped her with a strong foundation in people management, strategic HR planning, and talent development.
