London, England, United Kingdom, February 2026 — Ashley James Baylis (Assoc CIPD) has started a new role as Head of People Services & Employee Relations at Pandora. In this position, Ashley is responsible for leading people services, employee relations, and people policy, supporting the organisation’s workforce strategy and ensuring robust, fair, and legally compliant people practices.
Prior to this appointment, Ashley served as Head of Employee Relations and People Policy at Pandora, where he played a key role in shaping employee relations frameworks, managing complex organisational change programmes, and leading people policy across the business. His work included large-scale restructuring, consultation processes, and strengthening governance around employee relations and risk management.
Before joining Pandora, Ashley was an Employee Relations Specialist at Three UK, where he partnered closely with senior leaders to deliver employee relations interventions, manage high-risk and high-complexity cases, and lead business change initiatives including restructures, redundancies, TUPE, and collective consultation. His responsibilities also included managing Employment Tribunal cases, ACAS early conciliation, occupational health services, and organisation-wide ER capability building.
Earlier in his career, Ashley spent over five years with John Lewis Partnership as an Employee Relations Specialist, providing judgement-led advice across disciplinary, grievance, capability, ill-health, whistleblowing, and organisational change matters. He also contributed to policy development, litigation resolution, and manager upskilling in employment policy and employment law, building a strong foundation in employee relations within complex and people-centric organisations.
