In this leadership role, Ashley will oversee all facets of people strategy, organizational development, and employee experience—driving engagement, culture, and performance across Vurvey’s innovative, AI-driven ecosystem.
With over a decade of progressive HR and talent leadership experience, Ashley brings deep expertise in recruitment strategy, cultural transformation, leadership development, and talent management. She most recently served as Managing Director at Full Count Consulting, where she provided specialized human resources and recruitment consulting services to clients across industries.
Before that, Ashley spent over three years at Vigilant, where she held dual roles—Director of Talent and Culture/Business Partner and Senior Manager of Recruitment—building engagement-driven workplaces and pioneering creative hiring and retention programs in the cybersecurity and technology sectors.
Earlier, she served as Senior Talent Acquisition Partner – Manager of Leadership Recruitment at UC Health, where she developed leadership assessment frameworks, onboarding programs, and coaching initiatives for senior leaders. Her career also includes key positions at Aspen Dental, Bon Secours Mercy Health, Mercy Health, and Humana, where she led recruitment for clinical, operational, and physician roles, contributing to workforce growth and talent excellence across multiple healthcare systems.
