Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, September 2025 – Ashok Bothra has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer at Platinum Industries Ltd. In this strategic role, Ashok will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, driving fiscal discipline, and contributing to the organization’s continued growth in the performance additives sector.
Prior to this appointment, Ashok Bothra served as CFO at Tatva Chintan Pharma Chem Ltd. for nearly four years, where he played a key role in supporting the financial management of the organization during its critical growth phases in the specialty chemicals domain.
Before that, he spent close to six years as CFO at Nandan Denim Ltd., where he provided leadership in financial strategy and operations. He was earlier associated with AMW Motors Ltd for around two years as GM, leading financial functions in the automotive manufacturing space.
He also held senior finance positions in Karamtara Engineering, Emco Ltd, VVF, and Crompton Greaves, contributing to financial planning, accounting, and budgeting processes. His early career includes roles at Grasim Industries Ltd. and Electrolux, where he gained foundational experience in accounts and financial control.
