New Delhi, India, January 2026 — Ashu Sharma has been appointed Senior Vice President – Human Resources (Corporate HR and APMEA) at RateGain. In her new role, she will lead the company’s people strategy across corporate functions and the Asia Pacific, Middle East, and Africa (APMEA) region, with a focus on strengthening talent, culture, and leadership capabilities to support RateGain’s growth and global expansion.
In this capacity, Ashu Sharma will partner closely with business leaders to build scalable HR frameworks, enable leadership development, and reinforce a high-performance culture aligned with RateGain’s international growth ambitions.
Prior to joining RateGain, Ashu Sharma spent nearly eight years at Adobe, most recently serving as Director – HR Business Partner, after progressing from Senior HR Business Partner. During her tenure, she played a key role in driving HR transformation, strategic business partnering, and people initiatives across technology-led teams.
Earlier in her career, she was associated with Vodafone for close to 13 years as HR Business Manager, where she supported large, complex business units and led people initiatives across multiple phases of organisational change in the telecom sector.
She began her professional journey with ABC Consultants as a Consultant, gaining early exposure to talent advisory and executive search, which laid the foundation for her long-term HR leadership career.
