Pune District, Maharashtra, India, March 2026 – Revent Group has appointed Ashwath Ram as Group Chief Executive Officer, marking a significant leadership move as the company embarks on a transformative journey to establish itself as a globally competitive manufacturing enterprise.
Revent Group, a 100%-owned entity of DVI, a U.S.-based investment group headquartered in Greenwich, Connecticut, has been undergoing a major restructuring following the acquisition of the former Amtek Auto Limited and Castex Technologies Limited businesses. Under Ram’s leadership, the company is focused on building strong technical capabilities, strengthening operational excellence, and aligning its global manufacturing operations to deliver high-quality products and value to customers worldwide.
Ram brings more than 35 years of global manufacturing and leadership experience, spanning operations, supply chain, business transformation, and industrial strategy. Prior to joining Revent Group, he served as Vice President – Global Supply Chain at Cummins Inc., and earlier held multiple senior leadership roles across the Cummins Group in India and globally.
During his extensive tenure with Cummins India, Ram served as Managing Director, Cummins Group in India, where he led major business and operational initiatives across multiple manufacturing facilities and business units. His leadership portfolio also included roles such as Vice President – Engine Business India, Vice President Operations – Tata Cummins, and India Leader for Manufacturing Functional Excellence, overseeing large-scale manufacturing operations and driving operational improvements across the organization.
Beyond his corporate leadership roles, Ram has also been actively involved in entrepreneurial ventures. He currently serves as Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Tau Power Electronics Pvt. Ltd., a startup building advanced sensing technologies for automotive and industrial applications, and as CEO of Ashra Consultants Pvt. Ltd., which focuses on advanced filtration and separation technologies for global industrial applications.
Ram holds an MBA in General Management from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, equipping him with strong expertise in global business strategy, manufacturing leadership, and enterprise transformation.
