Oslo, Norway, January 2025 – Åslaug Tveiterås has been appointed as Chief People & Chief of Staff at Solibo, where she will focus on driving the company’s people strategy, culture, and operational efficiency to support organizational growth.
Prior to joining Solibo, Tveiterås served as Vice President, People at Elliptic Labs for nearly two years. In this role, she led the HR function, including office administration, and contributed to business scaling by implementing strategic workforce planning, leadership training, and employee engagement initiatives.
Earlier, she was the Chief People Officer at Gelato for a brief period, where she led the global HR function, focusing on workforce planning and talent development across five global office locations. Before that, she worked at Kahoot! for approximately three years, holding key positions such as VP People and EHS and Group HR Director, where she managed the HR function for multiple group companies and supported organizational growth through leadership development and culture-building initiatives.
Tveiterås also served for over five years at Silicon Labs, first as Senior HR Business Partner, Europe and later as Human Resources Director, Europe, where she was responsible for implementing HR strategies across multiple European locations. Earlier in her career, she held leadership roles at Energy Micro AS, Electrolux, and Actavis, focusing on HR leadership, business development, and operational excellence.
