Pristina, District of Pristina, Kosovo, December 2025 – Devolli Group has appointed Aurora Pula as its Head of Human Resources, marking an important leadership addition as the organisation continues to strengthen its people, culture, and organisational capability across Kosovo.
In her new role, Aurora will lead HR strategy, talent development, organisational effectiveness, and employee engagement initiatives to support Devolli Group’s long-term growth and operational excellence.
Before joining Devolli Group, Aurora served at Caritas Schweiz, where she worked as Project Manager and HR and Administration Manager, contributing to workforce coordination, HR operations, and organisational governance within multi-stakeholder development environments.
Earlier, she held key project leadership and consulting roles across UNICEF Innovations Lab Kosovo, UNDP, Techitution Programme (funded by UNICEF), and Community Development Fund (CDF – World Bank funded), where she supported community development, youth empowerment, innovation programs, and organisational capacity building.
Aurora also gained early professional exposure through internships and volunteer assignments with UNICEF, UNDP, Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung, and local institutional partners, building a strong foundation in public sector, international development, and people-centric project management.
She holds a Master of Science in Cognitive Neuropsychology from The University of Sheffield and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Prishtina, bringing a strong behavioural science perspective to her HR leadership approach.
