Odette Winnington brings extensive experience in mentorship and leadership, having most recently served as Chief People Officer at Autopact since February 2024. Before this role, she was Head of People & Culture, where she was instrumental in implementing people strategies that aligned with corporate objectives. Prior to joining Autopact, Winnington held the position of National Human Resources Manager at National Pump & Energy, where she led HR initiatives that significantly enhanced leadership capabilities and employee engagement across various sectors.
Alicia Stibbard, the new CEO of the Autopact Foundation, is known for her visionary leadership and passion for social impact. Stibbard’s leadership is expected to drive significant advancements in the foundation’s outreach and effectiveness, building on its goals to support those in need with innovative solutions and dedicated service.
