Bengaluru, May 2024 – ACT FIBERNET is excited to announce the appointment of Avantika Susan Nigam as the new Chief People Officer. With over two decades of strategic HR experience across various industries, Avantika is ready to lead ACT FIBERNET’s HR strategy and build upon the legacy of her predecessor, Shefali Mohapatra.

Avantika brings a wealth of experience from her illustrious career. Prior to joining ACT FIBERNET, she spent over a decade at PepsiCo in various HR leadership roles, most recently as Senior Director HR, PepsiCo Strategy & Transformation. In this role, she guided the organization through strategic HR initiatives. She also served as Director HR at PepsiCo and Associate Director for Asia, Middle East, and North Africa in the Total Rewards division. Additionally, she managed HR functions for the Food Sales team in India and led the HQ functions as an HRBP.
Before PepsiCo, Avantika was with Aon for nearly six years, where she held senior consulting positions, providing strategic HR solutions to clients in the Consumer, Pharma, and Retail sectors. Her earlier career includes roles at NIIT Limited as HRBP, and Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories as PMO in the CHRO’s office.
