With over two decades of experience in channel development, B2B/B2C sales, and smart retail transformation, Avinash brings a results-driven and analytics-led leadership style to one of India’s most dynamic power solutions companies.
In his new role, Avinash will lead the company’s strategic initiatives to optimize and scale its distribution network across India, drive smart retail innovations, and implement data-driven strategies to enhance channel performance. His focus on cross-functional collaboration and customer-centric growth will be key to Eastman’s efforts to strengthen its market position.
Before joining Eastman, Avinash served as National Head – Key Account Management at RR Kabel Limited, where he led partner programs and channel sales initiatives. At Luminous Power Technologies, he was Regional General Manager – South, managing P&L and driving business transformation across geographies. His leadership journey includes critical roles at HMD Global, Microsoft, and Nokia, where he played a pivotal role in scaling sales operations, building high-performing teams, and executing strategic campaigns.
Earlier in his career, Avinash also held key roles at Vodafone Essar, WorldSpace India, and Gillette, gaining hands-on experience in customer engagement, account management, and sales growth across diverse market segments.
His academic foundation in Sales & Marketing from the National Institute of Sales further complements his practical expertise, enabling him to blend strategic vision with operational excellence.
