United States, January 2026 — Axialent has appointed Beth (Molitor) Grellner as Executive Director of Growth & Business Development, further strengthening its global leadership as the organization accelerates expansion and client impact worldwide.
In her new role, Beth Grellner is responsible for driving Axialent’s growth strategy, expanding business development initiatives, and strengthening partnerships across multinational organizations. With deep expertise across consulting, talent, health & benefits, and large-enterprise client advisory, she brings a strong commercial lens to Axialent’s culture transformation mission.
Beth joins Axialent after an extensive tenure at Willis Towers Watson, where she most recently served as Managing Director and held multiple senior leadership roles over nearly 15 years. During her time at the firm, she was Missouri Market Leader, a member of the North American Talent Team, and led large-market and regional Health & Benefits practices. She also held enterprise roles including North American Carrier & Vendor Relations and Placement Leader and North American Broking Strategy Leader, contributing to national growth strategy, client placement, and operational leadership.
Earlier in her career, Beth worked with WFL, CBIZ Benefits & Insurance Services, Colonial Life Insurance, and CorVel, building a strong foundation in employee benefits consulting, key account leadership, sales management, and managed care services.
Her career reflects a consistent focus on client outcomes, business growth, and leadership development across complex, people-centric organizations.
