Bajaj Capital Begins Its Next Growth Chapter Under Jai Bajaj's Leadership, Combining 60+ Years of Trust with Technology, AI, and Personalized Financial Intelligence

Gurugram, Haryana, June 23, 2026: Bajaj Capital, one of India’s most trusted financial services organizations, today announced its next phase of growth under the leadership of Jai Bajaj, who took over as Managing Director & CEO effective April 1. The leadership transition marks a significant milestone for the company as it builds on its 60+ years of legacy of trust while accelerating its transformation into a technology-enabled, insight-driven financial advisory organization.

This next chapter comes at a pivotal moment for India’s financial services sector, as increasing financial awareness, evolving customer expectations, and rapid digital adoption reshape how individuals and families manage their financial lives.

Sharing his vision for Bajaj Capital’s next chapter, Jai Bajaj, Managing Director & CEO, Bajaj Capital, said, “Bajaj Capital was built by my grandfather K.K. Bajaj’s pioneering vision of bringing financial planning to Indian families at a time when the concept was still emerging in the country. My father, Rajiv Bajaj, built on this foundation with a vision to take Bajaj Capital beyond financial well-being towards a more holistic approach covering financial security, health, wellness, and longevity. As we enter the next phase of our journey, our focus is on bringing this vision to life by combining decades of trust, human expertise, technology, data, and AI to create more personalized and meaningful experiences for our customers.

Financial planning today is no longer simply about managing money or products; it is about understanding people’s life journeys and helping them achieve their most important milestones with confidence and clarity. Our vision is to become a lifelong partner supporting customers through every stage of their journey.”

Under Jai Bajaj’s leadership, Bajaj Capital is advancing a life-stage-led advisory approach designed to serve customers across key financial milestones from wealth creation and protection to retirement readiness, income planning, and legacy creation.

The company is investing in digital platforms, customer experience capabilities, and AI-driven intelligence to better understand customer needs, deliver personalized insights, and provide trusted guidance at scale while retaining the human advisory expertise that has defined Bajaj Capital for decades.

The focus is not to replace human expertise but to empower advisors with intelligence and technology, enabling them to deliver more personalized and impactful outcomes for customers. To accelerate this transformation journey, Bajaj Capital has strengthened its leadership team across three key pillars: products and wealth solutions, customer growth and digital experiences, and data-driven intelligence.

Krishna Giri has joined Bajaj Capital as Head of Wealth Products. With extensive experience in investment products and wealth management, he will focus on strengthening

the company’s product strategy, investment solutions, and advisory capabilities to deliver greater value to customers.

Vishvender Singh has joined Bajaj Capital as Chief Marketing Officer. With nearly 12 years of experience in wealth management, fintech, and building digital financial platforms, he will lead brand transformation, digital growth, customer acquisition, and next-generation customer engagement initiatives.

Gaurav Gupta has joined Bajaj Capital as Head of Data Science. With deep expertise in data science, analytics, and artificial intelligence, he will focus on building advanced data intelligence capabilities, AI-led personalization, and insights-driven customer experiences.

Over the coming months, Bajaj Capital will introduce newer digital initiatives focused on financial readiness, personalized retirement planning, and intelligent customer experiences. With this transformation, Bajaj Capital aims to build on its pioneering legacy and strengthen lifelong customer relationships by becoming a trusted financial partner through every important milestone of a customer’s life.
