“For sustained growth and success, it is essential to invest in creating a pool of talent who will drive our organization into the future,” said Mr. Nawin Chandra, CHRO at Bajel Projects Limited. “With Saksham, we are not just hiring; we are cultivating future leaders and experts who will be integral to our continued innovation and leadership in the power transmission sector. This program truly reflects our commitment to ‘Build Our Own Cadre’ and prepare the next generation of professionals for the unique challenges and opportunities within the EPC industry.”

Built on the globally recognized 70-20-10 learning model, Saksham offers a rich blend of on-the-job learning, mentoring, and classroom-based sessions, ensuring that trainees develop both technical proficiency and essential professional competencies.

Key Objectives of the Saksham Program:

  • Bridging Competency Gaps: Addressing the disparity between academic knowledge and the practical skills demanded by real-world business environments.
  • Developing Core Technical Expertise: Focusing on hands-on training and practical application of theoretical concepts, essential for the EPC sector.
  • Enhancing Non-Technical Competencies: Cultivating effective communication skills, interpersonal skills, and collaboration to foster strong teamwork.
  • Accelerating Professional Growth: Preparing trainees for a seamless transition from an academic to a corporate mindset.
  • Instilling Organizational Values & Culture: Ensuring alignment with Bajel’s corporate culture, values, and behaviors.
  • Promoting Self-Development: Utilizing mentoring and feedback mechanisms to provide personalized guidance for continuous self-improvement.

“Saksham reflects our deep commitment to fostering a robust talent pipeline for Bajel Projects Limited,” Mr. Chandra added. “By providing immersive, hands-on experience and a structured learning environment, we are empowering these trainees to become integral contributors to our projects from day one, setting them on a path for accelerated professional growth within the power transmission EPC industry.”

The program will equip these promising individuals with the knowledge, skills, and competencies needed for various roles within different businesses and functions, seamlessly integrating them into the organization upon completion of the program.

The company is proud to welcome its first Saksham batch and is confident they will emerge as catalysts for progress in the EPC sector.
