Kavya Santhosh Starts a New Chapter as Head – Talent Acquisition (India) at EssilorLuxottica

Bengaluru, Karnataka ,India, March 2026 — Kavya Santhosh has started a new chapter as Head – Talent Acquisition (India) at EssilorLuxottica. This new role marks a significant milestone in her talent acquisition career and reflects her continued growth as a people leader across leading global organizations. In this position, she is expected to lead talent acquisition efforts in India and strengthen hiring strategies to support the company’s evolving business and workforce priorities.

Before joining EssilorLuxottica, Kavya Santhosh served as Senior Talent Acquisition Leader at Zinnov in the Greater Bengaluru Area. Although her tenure there was brief, it added another layer to her experience in strategic hiring and talent leadership within a fast-paced business environment.

Prior to that, she was associated with Philips as Senior Manager Talent Acquisition – Indian Sub Continent. In this role, she was responsible for talent acquisition leadership across an important regional market, further strengthening her expertise in hiring strategy, stakeholder management, and talent planning for large organizations.

A major phase of her career was spent at GSK, where she held the roles of Talent Acquisition Leader and Human Resources Manager. As Talent Acquisition Leader, she led R&D hiring for GSK GCC India, contributing to the company’s specialized recruitment and people priorities in a highly competitive talent landscape. Her dual exposure across talent acquisition and broader human resources responsibilities added valuable depth to her leadership profile.

Earlier in her journey, Kavya Santhosh worked with Novo Nordisk as Associate Lead Recruiter, with Quintiles Technologies India Pvt. Ltd. as Staffing Consultant, with Continental Automotive India Pvt Ltd as HR-Executive, and with Xchanging as Sr. Associate-HR. These roles helped her build a strong foundation across recruitment, staffing, HR operations, and people management, shaping the broad-based experience she now brings to her new role.

With a career spanning talent acquisition, HR leadership, staffing, and recruitment across organizations such as EssilorLuxottica, Zinnov, Philips, GSK, Novo Nordisk, Quintiles Technologies India Pvt. Ltd., Continental Automotive India Pvt Ltd, and Xchanging, Kavya Santhosh brings a rich blend of hiring and people expertise. Her move to EssilorLuxottica is expected to further strengthen the company’s talent acquisition capabilities in India.
