Minneapolis, Minnesota, United States, January 2025 – Becky Schneider has been appointed as the Chief People Officer at Niron Magnetics, Inc. In her new role, Becky will spearhead the company’s HR strategies, fostering an inclusive and innovative workplace while driving employee engagement and talent development to align with Niron’s mission of sustainable technological advancements.
Prior to joining Niron Magnetics, Becky had a successful 13-year tenure at Cargill, where she held multiple leadership roles. Most recently, she served as the Global Head of HR for Cargill Salt, leading HR initiatives for a $200M business with 2,000 employees. She also held the role of Regional HR Leader – North America, overseeing 75 HR professionals supporting 170+ facilities and 15,000 employees. Earlier, she worked as a Global HR Business Partner and HR Strategy Lead, offering strategic HR support to 1,200 employees globally.
Previously, Becky led key initiatives as a Global Organization Development Consultant and Global HR Transformation Program Manager, contributing to transformational changes and strategic redesigns in HR processes at Cargill. Before joining Cargill, she held various roles at Northwestern University – Kellogg School of Management and Corporate Executive Board (CEB).
Becky’s international experience includes volunteering in Nicaragua, where she co-led fundraising efforts and managed impactful community projects.
