With extensive experience in HR leadership and talent management, Becky will lead HR strategies and initiatives to drive value creation, innovation, and excellence within the organization.
Becky Vinton has started her role as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Defy Security. Based in the Greater Pittsburgh Region, she will lead HR strategies, driving value creation and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. She is thrilled to support Defy Security’s mission by cultivating a winning culture, empowering the talented team, and driving engagement and growth from within.
Previously, Becky served as the Senior Director, Global Human Resources Business Partner & Talent Management at Thales. She focused on cultivating a value-added HR delivery model tailored to the cybersecurity industry and was actively engaged in facilitating seamless integration efforts to align HR strategies and ensure a cohesive transition.
Before Thales, Becky was the Senior Director, Global Human Resources Business Partner & Talent Management at Imperva. She led a customer-centric HR delivery model, collaborated with C-suite executives, and implemented global talent management strategies, systems, and initiatives. Her leadership led to top ratings in employee engagement programming.
At Black Box, Becky served as the Director, Talent Acquisition. She developed and led the implementation of a global talent acquisition strategy, transforming Talent Acquisition into a strategic business partner. She built a global, high-performing Talent Acquisition function and established KPIs and performance scorecards to demonstrate effective business impact.
Becky’s earlier career includes her role as Director, Worldwide Human Resources at EFI, where she directed all aspects of HR worldwide within the EFI Productivity Software business unit. She also served as the Organizational Effectiveness & Business Transformation Practice Lead at Aspirant, leading organizational assessment, design, and change management strategies to transform a $1B publicly traded company.
