Zurich, Switzerland, February 2026 — Benita Barretto has expanded her role at The Adecco Group to become SVP, Group Head of External Communications & Investor Relations, broadening her leadership from investor relations into integrated external communications. In her expanded mandate, she will strengthen the company’s global stakeholder engagement strategy while continuing to lead investor relations for one of the world’s leading talent companies.
Prior to this expanded appointment, Benita Barretto served as SVP, Group Head Investor Relations at The Adecco Group, where she led the company’s global investor relations function and strengthened engagement with the financial community. Her tenure helped position the organization with clear capital markets communication and strategic financial storytelling aligned with long-term growth objectives.
Earlier, she was SVP, Investor Relations Officer at ABB, where she managed investor communications and financial market engagement for the global technology company. Before ABB, she worked as Managing Director and Capital Markets Advisor at Finsbury Glover Hering, advising senior leadership teams on capital markets strategy and communications.
Benita also held senior financial analyst and advisory roles at Berenberg Bank, Credit Suisse, J.P. Morgan, UBS, and BlackRock, building deep expertise across financial analysis, capital markets advisory, and investor engagement. Across these roles, she developed a strong foundation in bridging corporate strategy with investor communication and market positioning.
