Albuquerque, New Mexico, United States, July 2025 – Benjamin Dotterer has been appointed as Vice President Human Resources at Presbyterian Healthcare Services, where he will lead HR strategy and workforce planning to drive performance transformation across the health system. In this role, Benjamin will focus on talent innovation, executive alignment, and fostering a culture of excellence within the organization.
Prior to this, Benjamin served at Lumen Technologies for nearly five years, holding several key roles including Director – Talent Operations, Director – HR Solutions, and HR Solutions Sr. Manager. His contributions ranged from streamlining talent acquisition through AI and technology integration to leading enterprise-wide HR strategy and organizational development initiatives.
Before his tenure at Lumen, Benjamin was with CenturyLink, where he spent over four years as Senior Human Resources Business Partner and later as Lead Organizational Effectiveness Consultant. During this time, he focused on strategic HR planning, performance management, and employee relations across a range of business units.
Earlier in his career, Benjamin held academic and early-career roles at Michigan State University, including research and teaching assistance in HR and labor relations, along with an HR internship at CenturyLink and managerial responsibilities at Equityvest LLC. He completed his graduate studies in Human Resources and Labor Relations from Michigan State University.
