Birmingham, Alabama, United States, March 2026 – Bradford Health Services has appointed Beverly Coleman as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), reinforcing its commitment to strengthening leadership and advancing people strategies across its healthcare network.
In her new role, Coleman will lead the organization’s human resources function, focusing on talent strategy, workforce development, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness as Bradford continues to expand its impact in behavioral healthcare and addiction recovery services.
In her current role at Bradford Health Services, Beverly Coleman steps in as Chief Human Resources Officer, bringing with her decades of experience in leading HR strategy across complex healthcare environments.
Prior to this, she served as Chief Human Resources Officer and Chief Compliance Officer at Allied Digestive Health, where she led enterprise-wide HR, compliance, physician recruitment, provider contracting, and risk management functions, playing a critical role in organizational governance and growth.
Earlier, she held the position of Vice President | Chief Human Resources Officer at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center, where she led HR operations, employee health, and organizational development initiatives within a major healthcare institution.
She also served as Executive Director of Human Resources | Chief Human Resources Officer at Trinity Health of New England, overseeing HR strategy across a broad healthcare ecosystem including hospitals, ambulatory centers, and physician networks, strengthening talent systems and operational alignment.
Previously, Coleman held senior HR leadership roles at Moses/Weitzman Health System and Hartford HealthCare, where she managed enterprise HR functions, administrative operations, and strategic transformation initiatives, contributing significantly to employee engagement, performance management, and system-wide change programs.
In her earlier career, she held HR leadership roles at Norton Healthcare, Sara Lee, and American Commercial Lines, building deep expertise in labor relations, talent management, and organizational strategy across diverse industries.
Alongside her corporate roles, she is also the Founder of BR Cole Consulting LLC, reflecting her entrepreneurial approach to HR advisory and leadership development.
