Coromandel International Limited Appoints Neha Kumar as Senior General Manager – Talent Acquisition

Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, March 2026 — Coromandel International Limited has announced the appointment of Neha Kumar (She/Her) as Senior General Manager – Talent Acquisition, strengthening its leadership in talent strategy and workforce development.

In this role, Neha Kumar will lead talent acquisition strategy, employer branding, and recruitment initiatives, supporting the company’s focus on building a strong, scalable, and future-ready workforce aligned to evolving business priorities.

At Coromandel International Limited, she will work closely with leadership teams to shape hiring frameworks, strengthen recruitment governance, and enhance candidate and hiring-manager experiences—while building robust pipelines for critical capability areas.

Prior to joining Coromandel, Neha Kumar served as a Director at Chegg Inc., where she spearheaded India’s talent acquisition strategy across global business units including Technology, Product, Content, Data Science/Analytics, Marketing, and Corporate functions. During her tenure, she implemented scalable hiring frameworks, reduced time-to-fill, strengthened diversity outcomes, and lowered third-party recruitment spend through sourcing optimization and internal mobility programs. She also led Workday integration for Talent Acquisition and supported employer branding and internal communication initiatives.

Earlier, she was a Manager at KPMG Global Services (KGS), heading hiring for capability hubs and corporate functions, driving candidate experience transformation, creating strategic pipeline programs, and leading hiring dashboards and early-stage TA transformation efforts, along with recruiter team leadership and compensation benchmarking.

She also spent over four years at Wipro as Talent Acquisition Leader – IMS, Telecom and ESS Vertical, leading end-to-end recruitment, supporting leadership hiring across shared services business units, and partnering with senior stakeholders on workforce planning and compliance initiatives.

Additionally, Neha Kumar has held talent acquisition and HR roles with GlobalLogic, FISERV INDIA, and Planman Consulting, building strong expertise across full-cycle hiring, delivery governance, stakeholder management, dashboards and reporting, and high-volume as well as niche hiring. She also took a short career break during late 2025 focused on health and well-being.
