Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, December 2024 – Bharat Bansal has taken on the role of Head of Sales – Growth Enterprise (South Asia) at Udemy. In this capacity, Bharat will drive Udemy’s enterprise growth in the region, building on his strong track record in enterprise sales and strategic partnerships.
Bharat has been with Udemy for nearly four years, most recently serving as Sr. Enterprise Account Director, where he achieved remarkable success by building a $3.5 million ARR business and winning the prestigious President’s Club awards in both 2023 and 2024. His expertise in engaging with CHROs, CLOs, and CTOs has solidified his reputation as a top performer in enterprise software sales.
Before Udemy, Bharat was Assistant Vice President – Enterprise Solutions at EdCast by Cornerstone, where he onboarded prominent clients such as Mahindra Group, HDFC Bank, and Tata Group. At Harvard Business Publishing, he successfully led strategic partnerships, creating impactful training programs for leading corporates like Tata Group and Kotak Bank.
Bharat has also held leadership roles at LinkedIn, Times Professional Learning, and Eruditus Executive Education, consistently exceeding targets and fostering innovative enterprise solutions. Earlier in his career, he spent over seven years at Info Edge India Ltd (Naukri.com), where he played a pivotal role in key account management and revenue growth.
Bharat holds a Post Graduate degree in Organizational Development & Change from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences and an MBA in Marketing and Human Resources from the Indian Institute of Planning and Management.
