Cambridge, England, United Kingdom, September 2024 – Bhavik Mistry has recently joined Agratas as Head of Learning and Development. In this role, Bhavik will be responsible for building and overseeing training and development strategies that align with Agratas’ vision to lead in the sustainable battery industry, focusing on the growth of its global workforce.
Prior to Agratas, Bhavik spent nearly 10 years with Ryanair, where he held several senior roles. As the EASA/UK CAA Part 147 Training Manager, he managed engineering training programs across the group, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. His work at Ryanair also included a tenure as Group Engineering Training Manager, where he spearheaded the development of training frameworks for over 8 years, contributing significantly to the technical upskilling of the airline’s workforce.
Earlier in his career, Bhavik served as a Training Development Officer at Ryanair, where he contributed to the design and delivery of training initiatives for the company’s engineering teams. His experience also includes a brief volunteer role at Thurrock Council, where he gained valuable insights into change management and e-learning strategies during the council’s transformation program.
