Dubai, United Arab Emirates, July 2025 — Bhavneet Dutta has taken on the role of Middle East Human Capital Leader at PwC Middle East, a pivotal position that underscores the firm’s commitment to empowering its people and shaping progressive HR strategies across the region. She will lead the Human Capital function for a dynamic workforce of over 10,000 professionals across all business lines in the Middle East.
With over 20 years of HR leadership experience, Bhavneet brings deep strategic insight and operational excellence across a range of human capital functions including HR transformation, talent management, total rewards, workforce planning, and people analytics. Prior to this elevation, she served as HR Director for Middle East Consulting at PwC, where she led the people strategy for a rapidly growing consulting business spanning 10 countries and over 4,000 employees. She was instrumental in building future-ready workforce models, launching digital HR programs, and aligning people strategy with business growth.
Before that, she served as HR Business Lead – Consulting, where she drove initiatives in talent engagement, M&A HR integration, and strategic workforce planning. Earlier, Bhavneet was HR Business Partner at PwC India, where she led performance management and strategic alignment for the firm’s technology consulting division.
Her earlier career includes impactful roles at Diebold Nixdorf, GTL Infrastructure, and Genpact, where she contributed across the HR value chain in business partnering, training, organization design, and risk analytics.
At PwC Middle East, Bhavneet is set to drive forward-thinking HR innovations, foster a sustainable HR tech ecosystem, and build a people-first culture that supports both regional growth and global aspirations.
