Gurugram, Haryana, India, January 2026 – Bhavya Kher has been elevated to Head – Modern Retail and Regional Retail at Usha International Limited, marking a significant leadership milestone in his retail and channel strategy career within the consumer durables sector.
Bhavya Kher has been associated with Usha International for over eight years, where he has played a central role in building national retail sell-out and premium retail channel strategies. Prior to this elevation, he served as General Manager – Retail and National Premium Retail Head, leading modern retail and large-format retail expansion across key national markets.
Earlier at Usha, he held multiple leadership roles including National Sell Out Head – Modern Retail & Regional Retail and Sellout Head – South & West, driving distribution depth, shop-floor execution excellence and sell-out acceleration across diverse geographies.
In parallel, Bhavya also contributes as Head – GT and LFR Sell-Out at Noise, where he leads general trade and large format retail sell-out strategies.
Before joining Usha, he served as Deputy Manager – Modern Retail at Samsung Electronics, handling sell-out execution, competition benchmarking and marketing activations for the mobile division. His earlier career includes key channel leadership roles at Voltas Limited (Tata Enterprise) as Key Accounts Manager, and LG Electronics as Area Manager, managing exclusive retail and modern trade operations.
Bhavya Kher holds an Executive Program in Business Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and an MBA in Sales and Marketing from Balaji Institute of Management and Human Resource Development.
