Bengaluru, Karnataka, India,April 2025 — Bheemanappa Manthale, widely known as Bheem, has joined Herbalife as the Vice President of Product Operations – India, marking a significant milestone in his distinguished career spanning over 24 years. In this new role, he will oversee end-to-end product supply and operations across India, ensuring adherence to Herbalife’s high standards of quality, availability, cost-efficiency, and reliability.
Bheem brings a wealth of leadership experience to Herbalife, having held senior positions at renowned organizations such as Parag Milk Foods, Avery Dennison, The Coca-Cola Company, MTR Foods, and Cargill. At Parag Milk Foods, he served as President of Operations and Supply Chain, where he managed expansive manufacturing and supply chain operations spanning three state-of-the-art facilities, multiple co-pack locations, and a vast distributor network across India. Prior to that, he spearheaded India operations and supply chain activities at Avery Dennison, focusing on agility, customer service excellence, and cost optimization.
During his decade-long tenure at The Coca-Cola Company, Bheem excelled in multiple leadership roles, including Factory Manager for several large manufacturing plants. He drove operational excellence, implemented lean manufacturing principles, and successfully managed large-scale expansion projects. His earlier experiences at MTR Foods and Cargill further honed his expertise in manufacturing, supply chain, and project management, particularly in the food and beverage sectors.
Bheem holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and an Executive MBA in Operations Management. His career is characterized by strategic transformation leadership, a focus on process optimization, and a commitment to fostering high-performing teams.
In his new role at Herbalife, Bheem will be responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing operational efficiency, and supporting Herbalife’s mission of delivering top-quality nutrition products to millions across India.
