Melbourne, Australia – November 2024 – Australia Post has appointed Bianca Clarke as the new Head of People & Culture for Support Units. In her new role, Bianca will lead strategic initiatives in people management, talent development, and organizational culture across Australia Post’s support functions. Her leadership is set to enhance workforce engagement and support Australia Post’s mission to provide trusted, innovative services.
Bianca has been with Australia Post since 2021, beginning as a Senior Manager of Talent and later moving into the role of Group Talent, Design & Implementation Manager. Most recently, she served as Senior Manager of Organisational Development, where she played a pivotal role in designing and implementing talent strategies and organizational development initiatives that strengthened Australia Post’s talent pipeline.
Before joining Australia Post, Bianca spent over eight years at NAB in roles including Senior Talent and Careers Partner and Senior Consultant in Executive Assessment. At NAB, she contributed to the development and execution of talent programs aimed at preparing high-potential employees for advanced leadership roles, demonstrating her expertise in fostering talent at all organizational levels.
Earlier in her career, Bianca held roles in organizational development at Alfred Health and Orica Mining Services, where she developed culture, engagement, and capability programs. Her experience also includes a role as an Organisational Development Consultant at Bosch, where she focused on global leadership assessment and development.
