Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, March 2025 – Bijumon Jacob has been appointed as Head – India Operations, Human Resources – Global Competency Centres (KSA, Egypt, India, and Jordan) at EJADA. In this role, he will be responsible for driving organizational growth and operational efficiency across EJADA’s global competency centers, with a particular focus on leading the India Competency Centre and overseeing HR strategy, operations, and talent development initiatives.
Jacob brings over two decades of HR leadership experience, having spent nearly 15 years at Temenos, where he held key roles, including Head of Operations – Temenos India and Global HR Business Partner. He played a critical role in expanding the company’s workforce, driving talent retention strategies, and leading major HR transformation projects.
Prior to Temenos, he spent eight years at Verizon, where he contributed to scaling operations from 120 to 5,500 employees, establishing HR frameworks for performance management, competency-based succession planning, and capability building.
Jacob has also held HR leadership roles at IBM, Systems America, and CMC Ltd, gaining extensive expertise in HR operations, employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, and business transformation. His ability to align HR strategy with business growth has consistently led to the development of high-performance teams and progressive HR practices.
