Chennai, Tamilnadu, India, January 2025 – Dvara KGFS is pleased to announce the appointment of Bikram Mishra as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). In this role, he will oversee talent management, leadership development, employee engagement, and organizational culture to support the company’s continued growth and mission.
With over two decades of experience, Bikram has a strong track record in employee engagement, organizational transformation, and leadership development. Prior to joining Dvara KGFS, he served as Business HR Head at Spandana Sphoorty Financial Limited and held leadership roles at Standard Chartered, Wipro, Equitas, Asirvad, and SBI-SG.
Bikram is an IIT (ISM) Dhanbad graduate and holds an MBA from IIT Kharagpur. Recognized for his collaborative and transformative leadership style, he will play a critical role in enhancing employee learning, development strategies, and building a high-performance sales culture at Dvara KGFS. His leadership is expected to further strengthen the company’s commitment to delivering innovative financial services.
