New York City Metropolitan Area, United States, September 2025 – Prudential Financial has announced the appointment of Bill Skrzat as its new Global Head of Total Rewards, People Services & Solutions. In this role, Bill will lead the company’s global rewards strategy, HR operations, and people solutions to support Prudential’s mission of providing financial security for customers worldwide.
Bill brings more than two decades of senior HR leadership experience across global organizations. Most recently, he served as Head of HR Centers of Excellence at Sodexo, where he oversaw total rewards, culture, labor relations, CSR, HR technology, and talent management for a $10B organization with more than 100,000 employees across eight business segments. His work focused on building competitive HR frameworks that strengthened organizational resilience and employee engagement.
Before Sodexo, Bill was Chief HR Services Officer at Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, where he guided HR operations for 10,000 employees globally. He partnered with the CEO, CFO, and Compensation Committee on executive compensation, governance, and corporate strategy. He also led the HR function through Wyndham’s 2018 IPO, navigating SEC filings, investor relations, and corporate governance structures. In addition, he played a critical role in mergers and acquisitions, including the integration of an $8,000-employee, $2B deal that achieved $10M in HR synergies.
Earlier, Bill spent more than 12 years at Wyndham Destinations and Wyndham Worldwide, rising to SVP HR Services and SVP Compensation, Benefits & HRMS. There, he managed large-scale HR operations supporting over 38,000 employees globally. He pioneered Wyndham’s “Be Well” program, recognized by the U.S. Surgeon General and the White House, and oversaw HR through Wyndham’s 2006 IPO.
His career also includes leadership roles at RCI, where he was Vice President – Global Compensation, Benefits & HRMS, and earlier compensation management roles at Sharp Electronics, Mikasa, and Spencer Savings Bank. Across these positions, Bill has developed deep expertise in total rewards, HR technology, executive compensation, corporate governance, and workforce integration.
Bill holds an MBA in Management/MIS from Saint Peter’s University, strengthening his ability to align HR strategy with business transformation and financial performance.
