Hyderabad, Telangana, India, January 2026 – KPI Partners has announced the promotion of Binoy Aravindakshan to Director, Learning and Development. In this leadership role, he will spearhead the company’s enterprise learning strategy, strengthening capability development, campus-to-corporate talent pipelines, and future-ready digital skill ecosystems that support KPI Partners’ global analytics and digital transformation businesses.
With over two years at KPI Partners, Binoy Aravindakshan has played a pivotal role in building the organization’s learning architecture. Prior to this promotion, he served as Associate Director, Learning and Development, where he established the KPI Academy as a core talent development engine, implemented Google Classroom as the enterprise LMS, designed curated role-based learning pathways, and led large-scale professional data engineering programs across platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, and Azure. He also directed campus programs focused on developing early-career analytics and engineering talent.
Earlier, he worked as a Senior Consultant, Learning and Development and as an Independent Consultant, where he developed content, assessments, and practice use cases across data engineering, analytics, and visualization domains.
Before joining KPI Partners, Binoy served as Senior Manager, People Development at Tiger Analytics, where he led campus engagement strategies, faculty development programs, and large-scale student awareness initiatives across data science and analytics disciplines.
His prior leadership journey includes senior learning roles at Larsen & Toubro Infotech (LTI), where he led cloud and digital reskilling initiatives for thousands of associates and drove major certification alliances with AWS and Salesforce. He also built extensive learning program management experience at Pegasystems, where he managed global university programs and certification enablement initiatives.
Binoy began his career in institutional learning and operations leadership roles at Institute of Metro and Rail Technology, Dr. Reddy’s Foundation, Pratham Education Foundation, and other education-focused organizations, building deep expertise in competency frameworks, campus engagement, and industry-aligned skill development. He holds a PGDM in Rural Management from Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar.
