AHMEDABAD, Gujarat, India, August 2025 – Sainath Bait has been promoted to Associate Vice President (Client Engagement) at Meraqui Ventures Pvt Ltd, marking a significant advancement in his professional journey. With over two decades of experience across HR staffing, recruitment solutions, and FMCG sales, Sainath brings a blend of operational leadership and client-focused strategy to his new role.
Sainath has been with Meraqui since 2021, steadily rising through the ranks. He began as National Strategic Account Manager – Staffing, then progressed to General Manager, followed by Senior General Manager – Client Engagements. His track record in managing strategic accounts and building client relationships has played a pivotal role in shaping Meraqui’s growth in workforce management.
Before joining Meraqui, Sainath was Business Head – Staffing Solutions at UP Man Placements Pvt Ltd, where he managed end-to-end staffing operations and led recruitment strategies across various industries. His leadership ensured 100% compliance and client satisfaction while overseeing recruitment across sectors like FMCG, IT, BFSI, Engineering, and Logistics.
Earlier in his career, Sainath was associated with ManpowerGroup Services India Pvt Ltd as Assistant Manager – Branch Operations & Account Management, where he led national accounts like Syngenta and managed branch-level operations. He was responsible for compliance, client HR coordination, and ensuring field productivity in alignment with KPIs.
Sainath also brings international experience from his tenure as Manager – Client Services (APAC) at Up Man Placements Pte. Ltd., where he led recruitment efforts across the Asia-Pacific region. Additionally, his earlier roles at ManpowerGroup, SalonCentric – A Subsidiary of L’Oreal USA, and Hindustan Field Services Pvt Ltd provided him with a strong foundation in sales, operations, and HR partnerships, across both Indian and international markets.
As he steps into this elevated role at Meraqui, Sainath is expected to further enhance the company’s client engagement and service delivery capabilities, building on the trust and credibility he has consistently demonstrated across industries.
