Texas, United States, June 2024 – Austin Industrial, Inc. is pleased to announce the appointment of Blair Williamson as the new Director of Talent Development. Blair brings extensive experience in talent development and human resources, and will lead the company’s talent development initiatives to support its strategic growth.
Blair Williamson joins Austin Industrial, Inc. with a rich background in talent development and human resources. Most recently, Blair served as the Director of Operations at Construction and Maintenance Education Foundation (CMEF) for over 2 years, where he was responsible for program development, team motivation, training, and leadership.
Prior to CMEF, Blair held the position of Manager of Employment and Workforce Development at Ref-Chem for nearly 2 years. In this role, he oversaw employee training, human resources, employee relations, and recruiting.
Blair also served as the Director of Training and Development at Construction and Maintenance Education Foundation (CMEF) for 3 years, followed by his role as Training Manager at the same organization for nearly 3 years, where he focused on training program development and organizational development.
Earlier in his career, Blair worked at KBR, Inc. in various roles including Human Resources / Recruiter, Training Coordinator, and Logistics Supervisor. He also held positions as Project Maintenance Planner and Area Logistics Manager at DuPont La Porte and KBR, Inc., respectively, showcasing his versatility and broad skill set in training, recruitment, and logistics management.
