Houston, Texas, United States, January 2026 — Boardwalk Pipelines has appointed Helena Fyda as Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources, Communications and Sustainability Officer, effective January 2026. In this role, she will lead the company’s people strategy, communications, and sustainability agenda, supporting Boardwalk Pipelines’ long-term growth, culture, and responsible energy operations.
Helena joins Boardwalk Pipelines after serving most recently at Chevron as Head of HR – Hess Chevron Integration, where she played a key role in managing human resources integration activities following Chevron’s acquisition of Hess. Her work focused on organisational alignment, leadership continuity, and people integration across complex, large-scale energy operations.
Prior to this, Helena spent over six years at Hess Corporation, where she held senior leadership roles including Senior Director, Human Resources and HR Director. During her tenure, she supported corporate and operational teams, led workforce strategy initiatives, and strengthened talent, leadership, and organisational effectiveness across the business.
Earlier in her career, Helena spent nearly two decades with BP, holding a series of progressively senior roles. These included Vice President HR, BP America & Head of Reward Americas, Vice President HR Engineering & HSE, and Head of Special Projects. Her experience at BP spanned the United States and the United Kingdom, covering reward strategy, engineering and safety functions, and large-scale transformation initiatives.
With more than 20 years of global experience across the energy sector, Helena brings deep expertise in human resources leadership, organisational transformation, communications, and sustainability. Her appointment strengthens Boardwalk Pipelines’ executive leadership team as the company continues to invest in people, performance, and responsible infrastructure development.
