Prior to stepping into the Head of Talent role, Issy Hoffman served as Senior Talent Manager at Morgan Talent Management, where she played a pivotal role in developing brand partnerships with major names such as Karen Millen, Jaeger, Bondi Boost, and Victoria’s Secret. She worked closely with talent on content creation and campaign management, contributing to substantial visibility gains for clients, including multi-million-view campaigns on social media.
Earlier, Issy progressed through roles as Talent Agent and Junior Talent Agent, where she successfully managed a portfolio of over 17 creators, led negotiations, and enhanced talent media kits and branding across platforms like Instagram and TikTok.
Before her time at Morgan Talent Management, Issy honed her skills at Sweaty Betty, leading customer care training and social media operations, where she developed strong training programs and oversaw new CRM deployments. Her early career experience also includes roles in recruitment, nutrition consulting, and leadership positions at River Way Ranch Camp in California, providing her with a diverse foundation of talent development, communication, and leadership expertise.
