In her new role, she will spearhead talent operations and drive strategic people initiatives to support the company’s rapid growth and commitment to delivering cutting-edge web and mobile app development services.
Prior to joining VAIRIX Software Development, Sol served at OnPoint for nearly eight years, where she progressed through multiple key roles. As People and Culture Ops Manager, she led initiatives such as a comprehensive Learning and Development program, revamped employee engagement processes, launched strategic benefits offerings, and designed a robust onboarding framework. Earlier at OnPoint, she also held responsibilities as an Internal Communication Specialist, where she enhanced organizational communication channels, built a centralized knowledge base, and organized local and global team engagement events. She also briefly served as Project Manager and Community Manager during her tenure.
Before her journey at OnPoint, Sol contributed to GenEra Academia & Consultora as a Coach Partner, where she guided the 2024 cohort through their ontological coaching certification journey and personal transformation processes. Additionally, early in her career, she gained experience through a pivotal internship at Education USA, supporting the organization of American university fairs, further honing her skills in event management and stakeholder engagement.
Throughout her career, Sol has cultivated a strong expertise across New Hire Processes, Talent Development, Organizational Communication, Career Coaching, Employee Engagement, and Leadership Development. Her diverse experience across coaching, communications, project management, and human resource operations positions her perfectly to lead VAIRIX’s talent strategy as the company continues its expansion and innovation journey.
