In her new position, Jessica will lead the company’s global talent acquisition strategy, supporting Azumi’s ambitious growth plans and maintaining its reputation for excellence in contemporary dining experiences.
Prior to her promotion, Jessica Griffiths served as Group Talent Partnerships & Development Manager at Azumi Restaurant Group, where she played a key role in shaping partnerships and driving internal talent initiatives across the organization. Earlier, she made a strong impact as Regional Talent Acquisition Manager – UK & EU, where she successfully managed recruitment efforts for prestigious restaurants like Zuma, ROKA, INKO NITO, and Oblix.
Before joining Azumi, Jessica honed her expertise at The Ned & Ned’s Club as Recruitment Manager, where she supported the staffing of one of London’s landmark hospitality projects. Her earlier career includes significant recruitment consultancy roles at Big Easy Restaurants and Admiral Recruitment, as well as operational experience as an F&B Coordinator at St. Pancras Renaissance Hotel. Jessica’s foundation in recruitment, operations, and talent development positions her perfectly to drive Azumi’s talent strategy into its next chapter of success.
