Gurugram, Haryana, India, February 2026 — Esha Sharma has been appointed as Vice President – Luxury Portfolio at BPTP Limited, further strengthening the company’s leadership as it continues to scale its premium residential offerings in Gurugram.
In her new role, Esha will be responsible for driving project-wise sales performance across BPTP’s luxury portfolio. She will work closely with cross-functional teams to support market expansion, strengthen HNI engagement, and execute focused, market-led sales strategies aligned with the organisation’s growth objectives.
Prior to joining BPTP, Esha served as Vice President – Head of Channel Sales at Experion Developers, where she led channel-led growth initiatives and strengthened partner networks in the Gurugram market. Before this, she was Director at RISE Infraventures Limited, overseeing sales operations and contributing to sustained business growth across key projects.
Her earlier experience includes leadership roles at WhiteLand Corporation Pvt. Ltd. as Vice President – Business Development & Strategy, and at Square Yards, where she progressed from Business Development Manager to Associate General Manager, gaining deep exposure to residential sales, portfolio management, and market execution. She also held roles at HDFC Realty and Carlson, building a strong foundation in sales and customer engagement.
Esha holds an Executive Management Programme in Strategic Management from the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi and a Master’s degree from Cardiff Metropolitan University, bringing together academic grounding and extensive on-ground real estate expertise.
