Boca Raton, Florida, United States, July 2025 – Brandon Carmack has joined ModMed as Vice President, Talent Acquisition, marking his return to the healthtech sector. In his new role, Brandon will lead the company’s talent acquisition strategy to support its continued innovation in healthcare technology and expansion of its specialty-specific cloud platform.
Prior to joining ModMed, Brandon served as an Executive Search Consultant at Risepoint. Before that, he was Vice President, Talent Acquisition at DocGo, where he led a high-impact team of 19 recruiters to scale operations across 26 U.S. states and the UK. Under his leadership, DocGo onboarded nearly 2,500 mobile health clinicians in a single year, significantly contributing to its rapid growth.
Earlier, Brandon was Vice President, Talent Acquisition at athenahealth, where he led a global team of 45 across the U.S. and India, overseeing TA operations, internal mobility, analytics, and talent attraction programs. His data-driven and predictive staffing strategies ensured precise headcount planning and enhanced engagement across divisions.
Spanning over seven years at Pegasystems, Brandon held multiple roles, including Director, Executive Search, where he led global teams across executive search, university programs, and D&I initiatives. His work earned him the prestigious Chairman’s Award and recognition as Top Talent for two consecutive years. His earlier career includes impactful roles at Randstad USA and the Republican National Committee, where he led strategic recruitment initiatives and managed key partnerships.
