Dallas, Texas, United States, December 2024 – Brandon Webb has been elevated to Vice President II, People and Culture at Revantage, A Blackstone Portfolio Company. In this key leadership role, Webb will continue to shape and drive Revantage’s HR strategies, focusing on talent management, organizational effectiveness, and fostering an inclusive and innovative workplace culture.
Webb joined Revantage in 2022 as Vice President I, People and Culture, where he provided strategic HR leadership to executive teams, offering expertise in talent acquisition, compensation, organizational design, and performance management. His exceptional contributions over the past two years have earned him recognition as a trusted advisor within the organization.

Before his tenure at Revantage, Webb held senior HR roles at Santander Consumer USA, where he led the Enterprise Code of Conduct and Ethics Program and managed HR compliance and talent development initiatives. His role as Vice President, Talent Management & Senior HR Business Partner showcased his ability to design impactful leadership programs, including a six-month management development initiative that significantly improved employee engagement.
Webb’s earlier career includes serving as Assistant Manager of Human Resources at Neiman Marcus, where he supported multiple corporate groups, and various HR roles at organizations such as Rave Motion Pictures, Execupay, and Baylor University, where he built a solid foundation in HR operations and employee engagement.
