Dallas, Texas, United States – November 2025 — Brayden Southerland has joined Rudish Health as Director, further strengthening the organization’s executive talent advisory capability in the healthcare sector. With more than a decade of specialized executive search experience, Brayden is recognized for partnering with senior healthcare leadership teams to support mission-critical hiring across roles shaping organizational strategy, performance, and long-term continuity.
Before joining Rudish Health, Brayden served at Highspring (formerly Focus Search Partners) for more than four years, most recently as Principal and previously as Senior Associate. During this tenure, he contributed to complex national and multi-level leadership searches for healthcare systems, PE-backed healthcare organizations, and provider networks—helping build leadership talent across strategic, clinical, and operational roles.
Prior to Highspring, Brayden worked with Southerland Group as a Senior Consultant, where he supported retained searches for academic medical centers, integrated delivery networks, and payer organizations. Before that, he spent over three years at Southerland Partners as a Consultant, specializing in leadership placements across major healthcare ecosystems.
Earlier in his career, Brayden broadened his exposure to talent markets and operational hiring foundations through roles at Parker & Lynch, Tenet Healthcare, CCS Medical, and MedAssets, expanding his expertise in healthcare supply chain, recruitment operations, leadership alignment, and sector-based talent evaluation.
