Brenda joins Kinetic Advantage with over two decades of HR leadership experience across diverse sectors, bringing valuable expertise in talent acquisition, change initiatives, and strategic human resources management.
Brenda previously served as HR Manager, Security Products at Johnson Controls Inc., where she contributed for over a decade, overseeing HR operations and supporting organizational growth. Her tenure at HDG Mansur as Director, Head of Human Resources and at Oxford Financial Group, Ltd. in a similar role equipped her with significant experience in HR leadership.
Earlier in her career, Brenda held HR leadership positions at Hancock Regional Hospital and Medi-Span, where she developed her foundational expertise in employee management and HR strategy.
