New York, USA, May 2024 – Brendan McGrath is excited to announce his new role as Vice President, Organization Development & HR Strategy at Citi. In this position, Brendan will lead efforts in organizational development, skills assessment, and HR strategy, leveraging his extensive experience to drive impactful change.
Brendan McGrath has been with Citi for nearly three years. Most recently, he served as Vice President, Organization Design Advisor, where he partnered with HR and business leaders to align organizational design with strategic goals and drive transformation efforts.
Prior to this, he was Assistant Vice President, Global HR Business Partner, supporting the Treasury and Trade Solutions Technology business and leading various HR initiatives, including compensation planning, talent management, and organizational restructuring.
Before joining Citi, Brendan worked as Management Associate, Early Career Program Manager in Citi’s Global Consumer Bank, managing early career talent and successfully placing analysts, associates, and interns in critical roles.
His prior experience includes roles at Cornell University as a Graduate Teaching Assistant, a Summer Consultant at EY-Parthenon, and HR Graduate Intern at JELD-WEN, Inc. Brendan also held several positions at Ogilvy, progressing from Assistant Account Executive to Global Account Executive.
