Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, May 2024 – Pavithra Urs has taken on a new role as Vice President Human Resources at Enfusion. With extensive experience in HR management and leadership, Pavithra brings a wealth of knowledge to this new position. She is looking forward to this new responsibility and opportunity to work with such a talented team.
Pavithra’s most recent role was at HRTales, where she served as Senior Consultant & Board Member for over three years. During her tenure, she provided strategic HR consultancy and contributed significantly to the board’s decision-making processes.
Before HRTales, Pavithra worked at Deluxe as Head of People Operations for over three years. In this role, she managed HR operations, talent acquisition, and employee engagement initiatives.
Pavithra also served as Head of Global HR Operations & Immigrations at ArisGlobal for four years. Her responsibilities included overseeing global HR operations, managing immigration processes, and ensuring compliance with international HR standards.
Earlier in her career, Pavithra was with Cognizant Softvision as Head HRBP for two years, where she led HR business partnering and supported strategic HR initiatives across the organization. She also spent over five years at Infosys Limited as Lead L&D, managing learning and development programs and contributing to talent development.
