Ruchika Prakash Appointed as Head of People at Hydroleap

Singapore, June 2025 – Ruchika Prakash has joined Hydroleap as Head of People, where she will be leading the company’s people strategy to support Hydroleap’s mission of sustainable and innovative wastewater treatment. In this new role, Ruchika will oversee talent acquisition, HR operations, and culture-building initiatives to align the company’s growth with its commitment to environmental stewardship.

Before joining Hydroleap, Ruchika Prakash served as Manager, CEO’s Office at Rotimatic, where she played a pivotal role in strategic planning, performance appraisal, HR management, and executive team coordination for nearly two years. Her work enabled cross-functional efficiency and contributed to the leadership and operational excellence of the organization.

Prior to Rotimatic, Ruchika was a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Freelance), working with startups and SMEs across Singapore and India, specializing in tech and business roles. She collaborated with organizations such as Zimplistic Inventions and MoneySmart, focusing on employee engagement, onboarding, and executive management. Ruchika also had an earlier stint at Rotimatic as EA & Project Coordinator, CEO’s Office, where she worked closely with the founders on critical projects and managed talent acquisition for diverse teams.

Earlier in her career, Ruchika worked as a Consultant at KS Talent Solutions in Singapore, specializing in finance technology recruitment, and as a Specialist Recruiter at Hays Specialist Recruitment, with a focus on IT and telecom sectors. Her early professional journey also included corporate sales at Marcus Evans Group, nutrition consulting at Health Total, and an internship in nutritional analysis at Cadbury’s India Pvt Ltd.
