Before joining frank green, Brendon served as a Consultant & Coach at Brendon Keane People & Organisation Practice, where he provided strategic HR planning and leadership development support to organizations. His expertise in organizational transformation and talent optimization helped businesses build high-performing teams.
Prior to this, he spent over 14 years at Moët Hennessy, where he held several leadership positions. As Human Resources Director at Chandon California, he led HR operations, workforce engagement, and leadership development programs. Before that, he was HR Director for Chandon Australia & Global Development Projects, focusing on people strategy, HR operations, and organizational growth across multiple regions.
Brendon also held HR leadership roles at Urbis as National Director, People and Development, where he spearheaded talent management strategies and HR frameworks across Australia and the Middle East. Additionally, he served as HR Director Oceania for LVMH, where he was instrumental in setting up Moët Hennessy Distribution in Australia and later led HR across all LVMH divisions in Oceania, including Louis Vuitton.
With a career spanning multiple industries and global markets, Brendon brings deep expertise in HR transformation, talent management, and leadership coaching, making him an invaluable addition to frank green’s leadership team.
