In his new role, Brett will oversee all aspects of financial management, strategy, and planning—supporting the company’s mission to transform healthcare through proactive, predictive, and personalized solutions. His proven ability to scale organizations, optimize performance, and drive fiscal discipline will play a key role in advancing Ways2Well’s mission of building a wellness-focused health ecosystem.
Before joining Ways2Well, Brett served as Chief Financial Officer at The Zebra, where he directed financial strategy, accounting, FP&A, and treasury functions. During his tenure, he supported multiple funding rounds (Series B, C, and D), developed KPI-driven models, and improved financial forecasting accuracy by over 25%, steering the company toward profitability.
Earlier at The Zebra, Brett held the role of Executive Vice President of Finance & Administration, where he led financial operations and risk management during a period of rapid organizational growth. Prior to The Zebra, he served as Vice President of Finance at AppFolio, where he played a key role in supporting the company’s IPO and building scalable financial infrastructure.
Brett also brings over a decade of leadership experience from Match.com, where he held multiple senior finance positions, including Vice President of Global Finance, and earlier roles at Travelocity, Sabre Corporation, and PwC. His deep expertise in financial leadership, strategic execution, and corporate governance makes him an invaluable addition to Ways2Well’s executive team.
