Brianna has been with Kargo for nearly two years, previously serving as Director, People Operations, where she played a key role in optimizing HR processes and enhancing employee engagement. Before joining Kargo, she was Senior Manager, HR Technology & Operations at HelloFresh, where she led HR system implementations and workforce planning initiatives.
Her earlier experience includes a five-year tenure at The RealReal, where she progressed from Human Resources Specialist to Senior Manager, HR Operations, spearheading HR analytics and compliance. Brianna also held roles at Unilever as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator and Hired by Matrix, Inc. as a Program Coordinator, showcasing her well-rounded expertise in talent management and HR strategy.
